The London Fitness Lowdown: June EditBy Adam Hassanali
We’re halfway through the year and the sun has finally decided to show. If you’re looking for a new fitness routine this summer (and beyond), we’ve got you covered with an exciting line-up of new classes in the capital.
1. For Sweaty Pilates: KXU
The Lowdown: This isn’t your average mat session. Hot Pilates at KXU cranks up the temperature to a muscle-shaking 30°C, combining the precision of Pilates, the burn of barre, the flow of yoga, and the functionality of strength training into one sculpting, sweat-dripping workout. Designed around the popular Paola’s Body Barre (Pilates-Barre-Burn) method, this 50-minute session builds deep core strength, total-body tone and next-level flexibility – without placing pressure on your joints. The Hot Pilates schedule will run weekly, with classes taking place on Mondays at 17:00, Wednesdays at 12:00, and Sundays at 10:40 – offering multiple chances to stretch, sculpt and sweat across the week.
