6. For a new Fitness Challenge: KXU
The Class: HYROX at KXU
What to Expect: The classes are divided into two components – running and strength stations, to mimic the actual event. Each class focuses on 4 out of the 8 stations, alternating between the remaining 4 stations each session. Stations include Wall balls, SkiErg, Burpee Broad Jumps, Sled Push and Pull, to name a few. All abilities are welcome to give their all in this mixed modality class.
