MALFY Con Limone boasts Italian sun-ripened lemons and Amalfi lemon peel, while MALFY Gin Rosa is bursting with fresh Sicilian pink grapefruits and lemons… Or you may prefer the zesty Sicilian blood oranges of Con Arancia. If you fancy making some cocktail magic in your own kitchen, give these recipes a whirl: 

Occasion: Dinner Party

Style: Fruity

Ingredients: 

– 25ml Malfy Con Limone

– 20ml Clementine Juice

– 15ml Simple Syrup

– 20ml Lemon Juice

– 75ml Champagne

Method: 

Shake the first four ingredients and strain in a flute, top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist and star anise.

Arancia e Miele Sour

Occasion: Dinner Party

Style: Sweet

Ingredients: 

– 50ml Malfy Con Arancia

– 15ml Lemon Juice

– 15ml Blood Orange Juice

– 20ml Honey

– Egg White

– 3 Drops Cardamom Bitters

– Orange Wedge

Method: 

In a cocktail shaker, shake the first 5 ingredients without ice to create a foamy texture, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass over ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Sgroppino al Lampone

Occasion: Date Night

Style: Fruity

Ingredients: 

– 50ml Malfy Con Limone

– 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

– 15ml Sugar Syrup

– 1 Scoop Raspberry Sorbet

– 25ml Prosecco

– Mint

Method:

Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe over a large scoop of raspberry sorbet. Top with prosecco and garnish with a mint leaf.
