For one night only, tuck into Pizza Pilgrims’ famously delicious margarita pizza with a special lime salt sprinkle, while sipping on Don Julio margaritas and let the good times roll for a special price. Don Julio Global Brand Ambassador, Deano Moncrieffe will also be there for tastings while Nine Lives’ resident DJ smashes out the hits.

Featuring Don Julio Blanco tequila, shaken with fresh lime juice, clementine puree, lapponia cloudberry liquor, elderflower and vinegar, this cocktail will get celebrations in full swing. The Lowdown: In celebration of National Margarita Day, Swingers City & Swingers West End are shaking things up with a limited edition Margarita menu for one day only on Friday 22nd February. Guests can add a little fiesta to their Friday and enjoy a classic Margarita, made with El Jimador Tequila, Cointreau and lime juice or they can mix it up with a Tigerita, Swingers very own twist on a Tommy’s Margarita, and sip on Don Julio Blanco, vanilla spiced agave, fresh lime and cucumber.

4. For a Crazy Cocktail: Cantina Laredo
The Lowdown: Try The Squealer-ITA Margarita – London‘s first taco flavoured Margarita cocktail, inspired by one of Mexicos most authentic dishes, Tacos al Pastor made with Pork Belly and Pineapple Pico de Gallo, in celebration of National Margarita Day on Friday 22nd February. Modern Mexican restaurant and bar, Cantina Laredo, has concocted a one off Margarita cocktail creation, with the launch of The Squealer-ITA, a taco inspired Margarita cocktail made using Gammon infused Reposado Tequila, Pineapple and Guajillo, fresh Lime and Pineapple topped with a Tortilla and Pork Crackling Chile Salt Rim, served with a Pork Belly Pastor Taco, balancing on the side.

7. Make At Home: Honey Margarita Recipe
Ingredients:
30ml Cazcabel Honey
30ml Cointreau
20ml Lime juice
Large orange peel
Method: Shake all ingredients and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a large orange peel twist.
