1. For Aerial Yoga: The Lodge.Space

The Lodge.Space in Canada Water is home to a healthy café, yoga studios, treatment rooms and a beautiful Zen Garden that opens directly onto Southwark Park. Offering an extensive range of yoga and fitness classes, they welcome everyone from the complete beginner to the super fit to learn from their talented instructors. In their Aerial Yoga class, they’ve taken yoga and twisted it on its head. Using a suspended sling to support the body, immerse yourself in the relaxing and creative approach of aerial yoga. Come for all the upside down fun!
2. For a Ballet Workout: Disco Barre Studio
Disco Barre is the ballet barre workout to disco; get a strong, sculpted, sexy body whilst getting down to the music, in this trendy studio in Hackney. Disco Barre, the studio’s signature class, is the hardcore ballet barre workout to underground house and disco. Work every muscle in your body and have them pulsating to the beat – it’s fun, fast-paced and will put a huge smile on your face. One of the best classes on Classpass in London for dance lovers, we think.
3. For a Silent Disco: House of VOGA

House of VOGA unites a highly stylised and expressive yoga with the slick alignment and posing of vogue-inspired dance. It bridges the gap between yoga and dance, combining the breath synchronised moves of yoga with the expressive moves of the dance class; focusing on strengthening the core with a channeling of chi. On Saturdays, they host their own silent disco; come for an hour-long, open air workout silent disco, followed by refreshments on boutique hotel boat The BoatHouse.
4. For Underwater Spin: Hydrofit Aqua Cycling
Hydrofit Aqua Cycling is the new way to experience spinning; imagine taking part in a HIIT spin class, but with the added benefit of it being underwater. With this added resistance, you will be able to burn more calories, reduce cellulite, and tone up the legs, bum and tum in less time (apparently). Offered at swanky Hydrofit Aqua Cycling in Chelsea, bring your girlfriends and prepare to have a lot of fun. Without a doubt, one of the best classes on Classpass in London if you’re bored of your usual gym classes.
5. For a Dance Class: Music Video Class at FRAME
Always wanted to star in a music video? Now’s your chance. Join FRAME Shoreditch for their music video workout class on Saturdays and learn a new routine each week inspired by the likes of your favourite artists. Expect hip-hop based moves, as seen on the latest music videos. Let loose and dance away the stresses of the week, hey, you might even nail some moves to impress on the dance floor.
