This Valentine’s, the New Theory crew are teaming up with World Famous Gordos to create the ultimate lovers’ bundle, available on Saturday 17th February.
Transforming the World Famous Gordos slice shop in Netil Market into a love shack, the guys will be slinging ox heart ragu pizza slices washed down with lashings of Love Bite, a juicy chilled low-intervention red from New Theory.
The Slice:
Slow-cooked ox heart ragu, smoked provolone, fior di latte, topped with aged pecorino, Guindilla chillies… chef’s kiss.
The Sip:
Love Bite by New Theory. A chilled, low-intervention red wine with rich flavours and soft tannins that lasts long into the night.
Running for one day only (17th February) from 4pm-8pm, treat a lover to a slice and glass of wine for £6.90.
