The much-loved open-air market outside the National Theatre on London’s South Bank is back for 2026, and it’s basically doing what it does best… Turning one of the city’s most iconic cultural spots into a scenic excuse to load up on London’s best street food and drink spritzes by the Thames.

A collaboration between National Theatre and KERB, the seasonal market returns with an expanded line-up of independent traders, all set up for long, lazy alfresco days in the capital.

This year’s food roster reads like a greatest hits of comfort eating. No B-side tracks here. There’s Moody’s Dip Sandwiches doing what they claim is the UK’s only proper dip sandwich situation (messy, glorious, and absolutely not fork-friendly), The Duck Shed serving up slow-roasted duck perfection, and BARBS bringing big, punchy Barbados flavours straight to the South Bank.

Behind the drinks counter, London brewery Signature Brew is running the 20-foot container bar, pouring fresh pints alongside frozen cocktails, wine, and spritzes. Fancy something caffeinated and non-alcoholic? Say no more. Coffee and cocktail hybrids come courtesy of London favourites GRIND, who are keeping things iced, whipped, matcha-fuelled with a selection of frappes and cold cocktails.

New for 2026, there’s also an extra riverside beer garden, meaning more seats and more Thames views. Up above, Forza Wine’s terrace returns for another season, spilling down from Forza Wine with sunset views, wine, cocktails, beer and slushies.
