Dr. Martens is turning Copeland Park into a free one-day takeover on October 21st, and you’re invited. They’ve brought out some of the most influential names in London’s cultural scene for this one: Ezra Collective, Chi Virgo, P-rallel, Motherlan, Slawn, and Reuben Dangoor are all on the lineup.

The Dr. Martens Made Strong event will unite creative trailblazers across music, art and culture for a day of live performances, workshops, interactive art and talks designed to showcase the collective strength and creativity of London’s underground scenes and sounds.

Newly-crowned Mercury Prize winners Ezra Collective will headline the evening music programme, supported by West London’s revolutionary producer P-rallel and dynamic rebel Pop sensation, Chi Virgo. With rising star Nayana B, who prides herself on her innovative ability to curate Urban sounds completing the line-up.

On the art front, street art and abstract expressionist Slawn and societal artist Reuben Dangoor will join forces on a new mural that will be unveiled at the event. The interactive art project, powered by Peak Mood drinks, will open up to the community a unique opportunity to collaborate with the artists by finishing the piece on-site at the event.

Multidisciplinary skate legends Motherlan will take over Copeland Park’s skate ramp; where you can expect giveaways, live screen-printing and more. Media conversationalists Original Shift will lead zine-making workshops, talks and a unique photography project to capture the rebellious self-expression of today’s youth.
