Get ready to fill your hearts (and homes!) with amore as Big Mamma’s charity flea market returns to Circolo Popolare this Valentine’s, on Sunday 16th February.

The market will be open from 9:30am – 12pm (or until everything’s snapped up), and expect a mega selection of Big Mamma’s fun and quirky treasures to shop including hand-painted Sicilian crockey, vintage Italian furniture, candles and more. Importantly, 100% of the market’s proceeds will be donated to London’s oldest Italian social club, Casa Italiana. They’ll also be some hot drinks and plenty of pots, pans and knick knacks to purchase.

This year, Big Mamma is continuing to raise funds and awareness for the club that has been a cherished cultural hub for the Italian community in East London since 1960. With recent fears of the club closing due to financials and a lack of younger members joining, Big Mamma are keen to lend a helping hand by setting up this charity flea market in the spirit of preserving this iconic institution.

Circolo’s Flea Mercatino is on Sunday 16th February from 9:30am till 12pm. Tickets are free but need to be pre-booked via Eventbrite here and only a limited number available.
