Looking for fun things to do in London this week? Here’s what our London Editor has been loving in the city recently:

1. For a Great Workout: Hiit & Run, KXU

The Rundown: Set within Chelsea’s vibrant Pavilion Road community and featuring 3 boutique fitness spaces, KXU offers pay-as-you-go fitness classes. The gym combines three principles: Strength, Stretch and Cardio, all under one roof.

The Class: You can expect a heart raising 45-minute class which is split between time on the treadmill and floor work. On the treadmill there is a mix of intervals, sprints, and inclines, you can tailor to your own ability – whether you are a long-distance runner or gentle jogger, you set the pace. The floor-work incorporates 4 different exercises mix between bodyweight and weighted exercises.

What We Thought: It’s a very tough workout, however the amazing music and high vibes studio will keep you motivated the whole way along.
