To celebrate the exciting new opening, Berberè Pizzeria in Clapham Old Town will be offering pizza lovers a celebratory 50% off food bill soft launch offer until 14th October ahead of its official opening on Thursday 15th October.

The much loved Italian pizzeria which was founded in 2010 and now has 12 sites across Italy and is launching its first London outlet in Clapham. Matteo and Salvatore Aloe, the brothers behind Berberè, are pizza aficionados and are so excited to share their simple, honest pizzas with Londoners.

Pizzaiolos make the signature sourdough pizza dough fresh every day, using organic stoneground flour from Emilia Romagna and a 24-hour fermentation process giving it a super light and crispy texture. The brothers are working with some of their most treasured Italian producers, bringing the freshest fior di latte from Agerola, extra virgin olive oil from Puglia and anchovies straight from the Amalfi coast.

The pizza menu includes much-loved and recognisable favourites such as the classic Margherita, Marinara and the Napoli with anchovies and capers. Alongside these, you can choose from a range of Berberè creations, specially developed for their new south west London home, using the best in both Italian and British produce.

Red pizzas include the ‘Spicy Diavola’ with spicy salami and ‘Nduja, and ‘the ‘Aubergine’ with baked aubergine, homemade basil and walnut pesto and smoked ricotta. Diners can also choose from three white pizzas, such as the ‘Gorgonzola” generously topped with gorgonzola, speck, radicchio, mozzarella and honey or the ‘Prosciutto di Parma’, where prosciutto and burrata are given a zesty kick from a drizzling of olive-infused olive oil. The menu also offers a selection of ‘Fritti’ inspired by the popular Neapolitan street food snack – deep-fried dough balls with a variety of toppings as well as antipasti and a selection of salumi.
