The restaurant prides itself on only using freshly sourced ingredients – and you can really taste it. In the evening, feast on delicious French fare, such as goat’s cheese ravioli with basil cream, scallops carpaccio with citrus and creamy risotto with cuttlefish ink. To finish, every day their pastry chef creates new, seasonal delights, which are the perfect end to your meal. This hotel has it all – a great location, fantastic food and a world-class spa. The hotel’s rooms are all beautifully designed, with stunning balconies, perfect for having breakfast outside, or watching sun set over the French Riviera.
