While we can’t spend St Patrick’s Day 2021 traipsing around our favourite Irish haunts (The Sheephaven Bay and Boston Arms, we’ll be back next year), we can celebrate the holiday at home with more than just a four-pack of Guinness.

2. For a Fan Favourite Burger: Bleecker Burger x  Clonakilty

The Run-Down: Good news for Bleecker Burger fans: Bleecker Black is returning for one day only this month, as a limited edition DIY kit for St. Patrick’s Day. The black pudding is where the burger gets its name, sandwiched between two Bleecker patties to create an intense burst of texture and flavour.

Eat: The Bleecker Black kit includes: 4 x 45 day dry-aged Bleecker beef patties, 4 x American cheese slices, 2 x sesame seeded buns, a bottle of Bleecker house sauce, and a Clonakilty Black Pudding (traditional Irish beef black pudding from Cork). 3. For a Burger Kit: Honest Burgers x Guinness x Handsome Burger

The Run-Down: Guinness and Honest Burgers is celebrating a unique partnership with Ireland’s Handsome Burger to launch their Paddy’s Day at Home kit.

Eat: The limited-edition Paddy’s Honest at Home kit comprises the classic Honest beef patty, topped with Guinness candied bacon, shoestring fries, two-year-aged Kylemore Farmhouse cheese, Handsome Sauce and Guinness bacon gravy. Honest are sending a one-off rosemary chip colcannon with the kit – a twist on their signature rosemary chips – with even more Guinness bacon gravy for dunking and devouring. Honest Burgers are proud to support independent businesses through their collaborations and this best-of-Ireland special showcases Handsome Burger’s locally famous sumac-spiced burger sauce.

4. For a Boozy Doughnut: Crosstown x Guinness x Baileys 

The Run-Down: Crosstown have combined two iconic Irish tipples to create the ultimate boozy doughnut for St. Patrick’s Day.

Eat: Behold the Guinness and Baileys doughnut featuring a Baileys milk chocolate ganache filling between two fluffy layers of chocolate Guinness cake doughnut, which is then hand-dipped in Guinness icing and finished with Crosstown’s chocolate soil.
