Looking to spice up your weekend routine? London’s brunch scene has a lot to offer this month with several exciting new menus hitting the city. Here are five spots you’ll want to add to your brunch bucket list.

1. For an Indian Brunch: Bombay Bustle 

The Lowdown: Samyukta Nair’s Bombay Bustle on Maddox Street has launched a new brunch menu, available every Saturday and Sunday. The new early morning offering draws inspiration from the vibrant streets and rich culinary traditions of Nair’s hometown.

Eat: Designed to share and make feasting easier, the ‘Brunch Bundle’ features a combination of small and larger plates, complete with pudding and is priced at £48 per person.  The new dishes include the likes of: Schezwan Cheese Dosa; Akuri Truffle Naan with Indian spiced scrambled eggs; and the Gulab Jamun Tiramisu with dark chocolate, mascarpone and Pedro Ximenez.

2. For an Upmarket Brunch: Dovetale

The Lowdown: Swanky Mayfair restaurant Dovetale has entered the brunch game with its weekend menu featuring limited edition ‘build your own’ frozen Margaritas from Dovetale’s signature Knickerbocker Glory trolley.

Eat: There’s everything on offer here. Think Achill oysters from the Dovetale raw bar, La Latteria English burrata with green goddess sauce, Beef cheek potato hash with fried duck’s egg and mojo verde, Fried crab omelette with shredded slaw and Nam Jim or Croque Madame with Iberico ham, truffle fondue and fried quail’s egg.

Don’t Miss: Buttermilk Fried Chicken with waffles and hot sauce butter.

The Lowdown: Weekends just got a little more exciting with TOKii’s latest offering: the Midori Yutaka brunch accompanied by live Japanese music using the traditional Tsugaru Shamisen instrument.

Eat: Celebrating seasonal ingredients and inspired by the essence of Japanese culinary artistry, expect the freshest cuts of sushi-grade fish, Salt-baked heritage beets in a miso dressing, and the robata grilled aubergine.

4. For a Sicilian-Inspired Brunch: Norma

The Lowdown: Norma has brought the sun-drenched shores of Sicily to Fiztrovia with is new weekend brunch menu. Priced from £45 per person, enjoy a two-course feast with the addition of free-flowing Franciacorta or Prosecco.

Eat: Inspired by the food and culture of Sicily, Chef Giovann Attard has created a brunch menu that begins with Olives and Focaccia followed by a choice of antipasti such as Chickpea panelle or Spaghettini fritters. For the main course, choose between Pasta alla Norma, Aubergine parmigiana or Beef lasagne, with the option of additional sides such as Spring tomatoes with puntarella and Roasted courgettes with pistachio gremolata.

5. For a Quintessential Italian Brunch: Sartoria

The Lowdown: Embracing the spirit of la dolce vita, London’s breakfast scene just got a tasteful Italian makeover thanks to Sartoria, the chic dining restaurant on Savile Row, Mayfair.
