We’ll also be exploring healthy eating in London; from where to get London’s best dairy-free breakfasts, best Tabbouleh in the capital and London’s best gluten-free lunches. There’s also be lots of inspiration for healthy cooking at home – recipes for Pod’s amazing protein-rich eggs at home, delicious healthy chicken curry and how to cook with coconut oil.
