Now here’s a collaboration we’re excited about: East London cocktail bar Seed Library has launched an exclusive partnership with the popular dumpling house, My Neighbours The Dumplings.

Available for three months only, the menu showcases the team’s signature dim sum making techniques, incorporating fresh produce from the UK to create impressive dishes packed with flavour. Favourites include Crispy prawn wonton with sweet chilli sauce and Pork and prawn siu mai, a classic dumpling topped with the savoury pop of salmon roe for that little bit of luxury. To pair with the limited-edition dishes the Seed Library team has created a Black vinegar gimlet, featuring Potato vodka, peach oolong and black vinegar.

The limited-edition menu also includes the likes of Crispy Turnip Cake with soy-cured egg yolk, Loaded silken tofu with vegan XO sauce with soy glaze and pickled chilli, and Smacked cucumber salad.
