Eat This: DabbaDrop x Meera Sodha’s Collaborative MenuBy Iona Goulder
London’s culinary scene is about to get a flavorful upgrade this February as DabbaDrop, the city’s pioneer in zero-waste plant-first takeaway delivery services, joins forces with renowned cookbook author and The Guardian’s ‘The New Vegan’ food columnist, Meera Sodha. This exclusive collaboration promises a delicious journey into South Asian cuisine, all delivered in the eco-friendly and reusable dabba tins that DabbaDrop is famous for. And here’s the best part: DabbaDrop is now available for delivery across Zones 1-3, making it accessible to even more Londoners.
Scheduled for three consecutive nights starting from the 21st of February, this special collaboration menu features four of Meera Sodha’s signature dishes from her acclaimed cookbooks ‘Fresh India’ and ‘Made in India’. Crafted by Sodha herself in tandem with the skilled chefs at DabbaDrop’s kitchen, the menu promises an authentic Gujarati experience, prepared with care and designed for easy enjoyment within the cosy confines of your own home.
