This April, Yard Sale Pizza is paying tribute to one of Britain’s greatest institutions… the pub. The much-loved independent pizza joint is celebrating the cornerstone of British culture with its latest special pizza and a beer brewed in collaboration with Gipsy Hill Brewery.

Yard Sale Pizza is serving a brand new pizza that pays tribute to iconic pub flavours: cheese and onion. The Two Pints of Lager and a Packet Of… pizza comes topped with Lincolnshire Poacher, courtesy of The Cheese Bar, onions braised in Gipsy Hill’s beer and Yard Sale Pizza’s very own slow-cooked tomato sauce and fior di latte mozzarella. Wait for it… because the finishing touch to this pizza comes in pub snack form – choose from either pickled onion Monster Munch, Scampi Fries or pork scratchings, to sprinkle onto your pizza when it arrives.

To pair with the pub pizza, Yard Sale has worked with South London brewery Gipsy Hill to brew their first collaboration beer – Sliceworld. Sliceworld is the perfect pizza partner; a cold IPA which offers the crispness of lager alongside the juicy aromatics and rolling tropical fruits of a pale ale from the El Dorado, Idaho 7 and Citra hops.

What’s more, the limited-edition beer is available to enjoy at the pub alongside it. A selection of Yard Sale Pizza’s pub partners is now exclusively offering Sliceworld on draught alongside the Two Pints of Lager and a Packet Of…  pizza, with the beer available in cans across Yard Sale’s shops directly. Their pub partners include beloved London boozers such as The Chesham Arms, Bank of Friendship and Gipsy Hill Brewery themselves.
