SUSHISAMBA’s highly anticipated Carnaval Weekender is back from Friday, 28th February through Sunday, 2nd March, bringing the vibrant spirit of Rio de Janeiro to London. Across three iconic venues—SUSHISAMBA Heron Tower, SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden, and the electric Sambaroom—guests will be treated to a weekend of high-energy performances, exhilarating music, and an irresistible Brazilian-inspired menu.
Expect a dazzling display of entertainment, featuring hip-swaying samba dancers, rhythmic batucada drummers, and top DJs spinning Brazilian beats to keep the party going all night. Of course, no Carnaval celebration is complete without refreshing caipirinhas and a specially curated Taste of Carnaval menu, making this a weekend to remember.

The Food: A Taste of Brazil The Exclusive Carnaval Menu

SUSHISAMBA’s Taste of Carnaval menu brings the flavors of Brazil to the table with a limited-edition, multi-course selection of bold and authentic dishes. Available from Friday, 28th February to Saturday, 8th March at both London locations, highlights include:
Starters of traditional Brazilian dishes Pão de Queijo which is a Brazilian cheese bread a staple at all Brazilian meals and Bolinho de Bacalhau which are Black cod doughnuts with squid ink aioli.

For mains you can get a Churrasco Ribeye served with feijoada a Brazilian iconic black bean stew or if youre a seafood lover you can get a Banana Leaf-Baked Sea Bass a delicate, flavorful take on a classic dish. For those who love a bit of surf and turf there is the Bossa Nova Roll a fusion of crispy soft-shell crab, seared wagyu, and chestnuts.

For dessert the highlight is certainty the Brazilian Chocolate Mousse a decadent finish with pink peppercorn sponge cake and orange ice cream
