This summer season, The Ivy Café, Wimbledon is serving up a number of limited-edition treats in honour of the annual tennis tournament of the year, The Championships, Wimbledon. From Monday 27th June until Sunday 10th July, guests will be able to enjoy this tantalising, bespoke dessert crafted by the restaurant’s talented food team and two mouth-watering cocktails.
Created to surprise and delight, these two exclusive cocktails will be the perfect tipple to enjoy in the warm summer sun. The William Sisters, (£10.25) a twist on the classic, featuring Pimm’s, Tanqueray 10 Gin, Crème de Peche, lime, mint, cucumber and finished off with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, while Rafa’s Serve, (£13.25), consists of Anqueray 10 Gin, Bergamot Liqueur, honey, lemon and The Ivy Champagne.
For those with a sweet tooth The Ivy Café, Wimbledon, will be serving up a Centre Court Melting Bombe priced at £10.50. A twist on the restaurant’s much-loved chocolate bombe dessert, it will feature a white chocolate bombe served alongside fresh strawberries and delicious shortbread.
