Have you discovered KIND, the UK’s fastest growing healthy snack bar brand? We’re so excited to be working with KIND this week on a special #poweredbyKIND campaign, sharing all the best of KIND. We thought we’d give you the lowdown on their latest flavours and creations, so you can stock up your cupboards at home:

KIND: The Lowdown

KIND bars are all made with whole, natural ingredients such as whole nuts, fruits, and spices. They are packed with protein and fibre and contain low levels of sugar. Each bar in the range is also gluten free, with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. We love them, and we think you will too.

KIND: The Range

They have two best-selling bars: the original KIND Bar, and the new PROTEIN Bar. The original KIND Bar comes in 9 flavours, including Dark Chocolate Almond Mint, Maple Glazed Pecan and Salt, and Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, and are available in all major supermarkets. Our personal favourite at the About Time HQ is the Caramel Almond & Sea Salt; a sweet and salty combination of caramel & sea salt drizzled over whole almonds, bound together with a touch of honey. It’s the perfect mid-afternoon snack, and, what’s more, their Nuts & Spices Bars have over 40% less sugar per 100g compared to similar snack bars. We’re into it.

If you’re looking for a protein hit, discover the Kind PROTEIN Bar – made with premium whole ingredients and a creamy, crunchy texture, it’s a protein bar that doesn’t taste like one. The range comes in delicious flavours such as Double Dark Chocolate Nut Protein, Crunchy Peanut Butter Protein and Toasted Caramel Nut Protein. Our favourite? It has to be the Peanut Butter Bar; the perfect blend of smooth peanut butter with the added crunch of whole peanuts for a delicious plant-protein hit.

KIND: The Latest Buzz

This April, KIND introduced a new multi-pack format of their best-selling bars; Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate; Caramel Almond Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt. At Waitrose, you can also find their new PROTEIN bars; our favourites are the Toasted Caramel Nut and Crunchy Peanut Butter. The PROTEIN range first launched to market at the end of 2018 and is the brand’s debut into the sports nutrition category. Each bar contains 12g of plant protein and has been designed to deliver as much on taste as it does on nutrition.
