VICO Panettone, Gelato & Winter Warmer Bar: The Lowdown
Launching this Thursday, the start of the Italian Christmas Calendar – VICO will offer an innovative Panettone, Gelato and Winter Warmer Bar. Allowing guests the enjoyment of mixing and matching the ultimate exposition of panettone options paired with gelato flavours and seasonal winter warmer drinks options. For those that don’t know, VICO is a relaxed contemporary trattoria offering outstanding Italian food, recently awarded a Michelin Guide 2017 Bib Gourmand. VICO is the most recent restaurant collaboration by Jacob Kenedy and Victor Hugo of Bocca di Lupo and Gelupo fame.

For creative consumption, the menu will encompass a panettone and selato section with four options. On top of these options diners will then have an exquisite festive winter warmer drink selection to pair with their panettone.
It’s the ultimate seasonal gastronomic experience for Christmas Cake lovers. The panettone and gelato menu will be available all day at VICO – and we’re beyond excited.

There’s so many lovely delights to choose from, including Panettone with Gelato, mini panettone filled with your choice of 2 gelato, such as espresso, amaretto, and chocolate, and Saucy Pandoro, a mini pandoro with 3 sauces, recommended with the Vin Brulee Italian mulled wine with cinnamon, orange zest and cloves.
There’s also Drunken Panettone – mini panettone steeped in vinsanto and passito, whipped cream, ideal with the Hot Chocolate, gianduja or dark hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. You can’t miss the Panmarenda – mini panettone or gelato, served with a glass of milk. Glorious.
