We know that January is a bit bleak. So we’re here to buck the blues by giving you not one, but three foodie events that’ll broaden your culinary horizons. We’re talking about a veggie supper club, a vegan masterclass, and a mindfulness menu. Get stuck in:

1. For a Vegetarian Supper Club: Kricket

The Lowdown: Kricket White City is holding a one-off vegetarian supper club showcasing some of the best veggies dishes from the Indian subcontinent. Expect dishes like Jerusalem artichoke and beetroot chaat, salsify and leek pakora, whipped paneer, and Kricket favourite, aloo gobi with pickled cauliflower and curry leaf brown butter. Tickets are £45 per person and include a welcome drink. A drinks package for 2 glasses of wine and a dessert wine comes in at £17.

2. For a MindFULL Supper Club: Wild by Tart 

This unique event combines a goal-setting workshop from mindset coach and MindFULL founder Lily Silverton, with a seasonal 3-course meal from Wild By Tart. The workshop aims to help guests discover their core values, priorities and skills, to create an individual blueprint to reach their goals in 2022. This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to carve out some life-changing time for themselves at the start of a new year. £75 per person or £95 with wine pairing.

3. For a Plant-Based Recipe Masterclass: nue ground 

The Lowdown: For Veganuary, nutritionist and personal chef Hope Pointing will run a workshop demonstrating vegan recipes for winter at wellness-driven café, nue ground. Hope has a wealth of experience in making delicious, healthy and wholesome recipes that will leave those who try them feeling satisfied, energised and happy.  During her workshop (£35), which starts at 7pm and runs for two hours, Hope will demonstrate one of her favourite winter recipes that is plant-based, sustainable and great for cutting food costs. Guests will then get to tuck in and enjoy the recipe over dinner.
