From a silent disco to a seven course tasting menu, we’ve handpicked the best events the capital has to offer this weekend. Here’s some amazing things do in London this weekend – happy exploring, people:

Thursday 3rd November

1. For a Gig: BELLA FIGURA

13239107_1028383477249980_2872827550548917192_n

What: BELLA FIGURA are a London based rock-trio with a difference beyond having great facial hair. Championed by the likes of Radio X & NME, they celebrate their third birthday today! To experience their unique blues-based guitar riffs and sing-along anthemic choruses, bring yourself down to the residency gig in Camden tonight, for free.

Why: BELLA FIGURA are one of our favourite, local, London bands; not only because they’ve played at some of our events and made us look a lot cooler then we actually are, but as the weather gets on the slightly cold and bitter side, an appropriate soundtrack is needed to capture the beauty of nature’s changing façade whilst also warming the cockles of the soul. Songs like “Demon in the Dark” are the perfect way to experience the brisk moments of autumn for yourself.

Price: Admission free from 7pm- BELLA FIGURA on at 10pm

Where: The Monarch 40-42 Chalk Farm Road, NW1 8BG London, United Kingdom

Friday 4th November

2 For a Veggie Banquet: Adam Rawson x Anton Petrov

Croatian Table by chef Adam Rawson at the Table Cafe, London on 7th September 2016

What: Rising culinary star Adam Rawson will host a freshly-foraged seasonal supperclub this Friday at 7:30pm. The YBFs 2015 Chef of the Year is teaming up with expert forager Anton Petrov for a gastronomic adventure around the countryside this week, promising their guests a one-of-a-kind seven course tasting menu celebrating the freshest handpicked Autumn produce from Britain’s forests, marshes and seaside.

Why: In preparation for Friday’s foraged feast, Adam and Anton have already pickled and preserved a few top quality ingredients, including hen of the woods mushrooms and seablite capers. Whilst the talented duo have an array of innovative dishes in mind for this new popup, they must let nature guide the final elements of their menu creation so the full seven course vegetarian meal will be kept a surprise until the night.
