We’ve discovered 5 cracking fitness events to help you get sweaty and sassy this weekend. Get ready to feel the burn:
1. For Bounce and Brunch: 100 Wardour St
The Class: 100 Wardour St invites you to put a spring in your step with Boogie Bounce this January. Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping, inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and powerful bums, tums and thighs section too.
Eat and Drink: After the one hour class, dig into a virtuous two course brunch with dishes including; golden quinoa tabbouleh, toasted hazelnuts and cranberries; crushed avocado and feta toast, poached egg and rocket; grilled lemon-thyme chicken, pearl barley and edamame beans; and grilled Cornish mackerel and warm vegetables. And for afters there’s a choice of vanilla panna cotta with a plum compote; tropical fruit pavlova and coconut cream; blueberry creme brulee; or a chocolate and peanut butter brownie with milk flavored ice cream.

2. For Balance and Wellbeing: MIMOD’s Kitchen x Wilde Yogi
The Class: Feast & Flow is the brand new Yoga Brunch collaboration designed to nourish and restore body, and mind. The brainchild of Stephanie Sowden, founder of MIMOD’s Kitchen and Sarah Eckersley, the yogi behind Wilde Yoga this collaboration is brimming with personal touches and positive vibes. Those who attend will enjoy a 90-minute dynamic yoga class combining vinyasa flow with more grounding poses.
Eat and Drink: Yoga will be followed by a two course plant based brunch. Expect home-made nut butters and smoothie bowls followed by a choice of chai spiced porridge, beetroot pancakes with carefully crafted sides, or a beautiful Bondi breakfast featuring sweet potato toast, kaleslaw, baked beans and wild mushrooms.

3. For a Full Body Workout: Psycle x lululemon
The Class: That’s right, there’s no end to Regent Street Ambassador and Psycle Instructor Kevin McGuire’s talents. This time, he’ll be hosting a strength and cardio workout on Saturday morning, perfectly timed to get you through the January halfway mark. This will leave you feeling fit, strong and set to power you through the rest of the weekend.
Eat and Drink: Neat Nutrition have just unveiled their first ever café in the lululemon Regent Street store. After the class grab a healthy shake, or try one of their pressed juices. Fill up on a chocolatey and nutty protein bars and balls, and lots of other delicious treats.

5. For a Sweaty Spin: Another Space
The Class: Cycle 45 is a heart pumping, sweat inducing workout specially designed to strengthen the core and tone the whole body whilst burning maximum calories. Dubbed the most focused cardio workout in town, the 45 minute class is a range of intervals, and tempos to keep your blood flowing and your heart rate pumping.
Eat and Drink: Refuel and re-engerise with smoothies by Natural Fitness Food at Another Space. The menu features the Chocolate Chief – raw cacao, dates, banana and Himalayan pink salt, and alkalime – kale, avocado, lime, dates, banana and cashew nuts. Added in additional flavoured whey or vegan protein (chocolate or vanilla), and pick your liquid (coconut water, organic whole milk or almond milk).
