Founded by Richard Massey, who later partnered with Chatfield Nielsen, Sr, the company is still a family-owned operation run by the third generation of Nielsens: CEO Craig Nielsen, COO Matt Nielsen and Chief Culinary Officer, Director-International Beth Nielsen.
