Beer and BBQ are the order of the day at The Dirty Dozen’ – Dingley Dell’s Annual BBQ competition at Signature Brew, Blackhouse Road. Expect 24 incredible pork dishes on Sunday 19th September (food & judging 2pm-6pm) with a hefty side order of craft beer.
On the day, you’ll find Dingley Dell pork and Signature Brew beers, with 12 teams of top chefs going head-to-head and nose-to-tail to create some of the most incredible BBQ pork dishes of all time, and winning pork dish of the day and the ‘Grand Pork Chef’ title.
Tickets are £27.50, which includes four small plates and a beer. Judges include Dan Hawkins and Rufus Taylor of The Darkness, the winner will be crowned The Dirty Dozen Champion and all proceeds will go to Over the Rainbow Children’s Charity, plus, there’ll be a charity auction with some incredible prizes up for grabs.
