Rejoice! The London Coffee Festival is almost upon us!

To mark the special festival, we’ve partnered with Billington’s, the pioneers of unrefined sugars, to celebrate the launch of their brand new special Barista Coffee Sugars. If you don’t know, Billington’s creates the best quality sugar – their Barista Coffee Sugars have won a Great Taste Award – for fuller flavour. They are all about the quality; the Barista Coffee Sugars are made using Billington’s unique process of locking in the natural caramel flavours to deliver exceptional taste.

They will be exhibiting at The London Coffee Festival all weekend. For the festival, they are working with baker supreme Lily Vanilli on a special installation. Expect a giant wall of donuts for the weekend, piped full of molasses salted caramel – and you’ll be able to get your hands on delicious free doughnuts all weekend long!  There’s lots of delicious happenings at the festival, including a mindful coffee tasting experience, latte art live, a Danish bakery pop-up, home barista workshops and live music.
