For the festive period, Vicky has created the mince pie doughnut – a new creation that features cinnamon sugar, mince filling and a shortcrust pastry star, sprinkled with gold glitter.

What: Chocolate Orange Brownie

The Lowdown: The South East Brownie Bar combine their favourite things (music, cocktails and brownies) to deliver a deliciously unique experience. Their chocolate orange brownie is a little piece of Christmas heaven – a freshly baked fudge-y chocolate brownie infused with orange flavouring and pieces and topped with even more chocolate. Heaven.

The Lowdown:  Only established two years ago, Bad Brownie have trailblazed their way through London’s street food scene. Their latest festive offering is their mince pie brownie – a layer of spiced mince pie filling baked into the middle of their extra gooey brownie then topped with a Christmassy brandy butter. Oo-er.

What: Chocolate and Orange Cupcake

The Lowdown: Kooky Bakes is a London-based bakery, creating small batch baked goods. The bakery is known for their American treats including tray bakes, S’mores, cake pops and pies.  Their festive cake consists of dark chocolate sponge, with an Spanish orange buttercream, dipped in 72% dark chocolate and finished with candied orange and edible glitter.

What: Peppermint Cream Cake

The Lowdown: Ruby’s of London specialise in gluten, wheat and refined sugar-free cakes which are all naturally sweetened. For Christmas you can create your own winter wonderland cake with various flavours, our favourite is the peppermint cream cake made with Fairtrade organic coco, layered with mint choc chip buttercream and organic dark chocolate ganache.
