What: Terri Mercieca is a London based artisan pastry chef and chocolatier who has trained in Sydney and Melbourne, under talented and inspiring chefs at restaurants, including Bennelong at Sydney Opera house. Terri now calls London home and has set up a dessert company: Fraise Sauvage.
