Summer BBQ Evenings: What to Expect

This isn’t your average burger-and-banger affair. The BBQ menu celebrates bold flavours, locally sourced ingredients, and vibrant seasonal produce, all served buffet-style to encourage casual grazing and second helpings. You start with a round table of salads which you help yourself to as much as you like  with highlights being watermelon, feta and olive salad, tenderstem broccoli with edamame, coconut and mustard (my favourite), Couscous with minted and roasted vegetables and Potato salad with crispy bacon, pickled red onion and chives. I am sure someone read that list thinking not much lettuce well they also have a make your own Cesar salad area which lets you make it just right to your taste.

Then for the main event you have the classics such as  beef burger called a slider but its one big burger, pork sausages, steaks and halloumi. The great thing about the menu there is a little bit for everyone so if meat isnt your thing there is Thai red curry marinated salmon. For those who like a bit of extra flavour you can grab yourself the tandoori chicken. There are sides of sauteed potatoes and corn ribs to help give you a break from the meat sweats!
