We think it’s quite unfair that Brits only get to eat turkey, stuffing, gravy and unheard of amounts of chocolate once a year when Americans get to do it twice. For £65 per person, enjoy winter smoked salmon, turkey and pecan pie will all the trimmings. Starters include a wood roasted celeriac soup with winter truffles, while main course options include a roasted Norfolk Turkey with mushroom pine nut stuffing, crispy fried Brussels sprouts, Sobrassada sausage, roasted potatoes, turkey sherry vinaigrette and the healthier option of a Thanksgiving warm salad.
