She Bu’s having a moment. Once best known for Westfield and gigs at the O2, Shepherd’s Bush is quietly transforming into one of West London’s most interesting neighbourhoods for food and drink. With a wave of indie spots, destination restaurants and hotel hangouts shaking things up, it’s officially time to give W12 its flowers.

Next on the list? Chet’s Bar, the latest addition from The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush, opening 28th October. The newest sibling of the hotel’s Thai-American restaurant Chet’s, the new bar promises laid-back LA vibes, bold Thai flavours and cocktails that pack just the right amount of punch.

Expect signature serves like the Lychee Martini with Reyka, sherry, lychee and Chet’s ‘Super Sour’, and the Chet’s Bloody Caesar, a fiery remix of the brunch classic featuring Baller Smoked Vodka and mezcal. Pair that with Head Chef Carolyn’s inventive bar bites menu, from kimchi doughnuts with citrus aioli to tuna tacos topped with caviar, and you’ve got yourself the recipe for a pretty perfect night out.

As the lights go down, the music goes up, and Chet’s Bar will welcome guests, revellers and diners into the bar for leisurely evenings reminiscent of long LA nights well spent. She Bu’s got a new bar, and it’s one you’ll want to stay for.
