Each participant will receive an impressive handcrafted cocktail kit comprising of 4x 50ml Bombay Sapphire, 50ml Martini Bianco, 50ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur, Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, Fever-Tree Tonic and a twisted bar spoon – everything needed to make two gin and tonics and their signature Laverstoke cocktail.

Bombay’s Virtual Distillery Tour: What to Expect

To kick off the session in style, Sam Carter will talk guests through how to make the perfect G&T to enjoy to sip and savour throughout the tour.

Guests will then learn more about the birthplace of the iconic gin with a sneak peek through key areas of the Laverstoke Mill distillery including the paper mill, heritage room and the famous botanical glasshouses designed by Heatherwick Studios.

Next up, a personalised video by Master Distiller, Anne Brock, takes place in the Dakin Still House and details the rare vapour-infusion process – giving guests access to the unique way Bombay Sapphire is made and the love that goes into every drop and every bottle of the signature gin.

As guests are taken through the famous glasshouses, where examples of the ingredients are grown, they will be able to experience the smells and tastes from home with a selection of botanical samples from the cocktail kit, including juniper berries, liquorice and orris root.

To finish, budding cocktail connoisseurs will go live to the Empire Room for a step-by-step guide to creating a delicious distillery exclusive cocktail – The Laverstoke.
