– 40ml Coole Swan
– 20ml Aluna Coconut Rum
– 20ml Ciroc Pineapple Vodka
– 15ml coconut water
– Toasted coconut flakes, a pineapple leaf or an edible flower to garnish

Ingredients:
– 200ml full-fat milk
– 1 tsp ground turmeric
– 2 x cardamom pods
– 4 black peppercorns
– 1 tsp caster sugar
– Thumbnail slice of ginger
The Method:
1. Heat all ingredients in a pan until bubbling. Leave to cool slightly and turn up the heat until bubbling again.

The Drink: Pumpkin Spiced Spritz – An autumnal classic with a twist
Ingredients:
– 35ml Caorunn Gin
– 40ml Spiced Pumpkin Shrub
– 50ml Soda Water
– 5 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitter

1. Add ice into a highball glass

The Drink: Festive Negroni
Ingredients:
– 25ml HYKE Gin
– 25ml Rossi Vermouth
– 25ml Aperol
– Garnish: Cinnamon Stick, star anise and orange zest
The Method:
1. Pour Hyke Gin, Rossi Vermouth and Aperol into a tumbler over ice.
2. Stir vigorously for 1 minute then garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise and orange zest.

5. For a Chocolate Mint Cocktail: Copalli Rum
The Drink: Cacao Mint Julep
Ingredients:
– 30ml of Copalli Cacao
– 4 fresh mint sprigs
– 15ml of sugar syrup
– Crushed Ice
The Method:
1. Place the mint leaves and syrup into a julep cup and gently muddle. Add the Copalli Cacao and then pack halfway with crushed ice.
2. Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside. Top with more crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig and sprinkle cacao powder to finish.
