10 Unmissable Cocktails to Try at London Cocktail Week 2025By Alicia Grimshaw
London Cocktail Week is back from 9th – 19th October 2025, with more than 200 bars across the capital pouring £9 Signature Cocktails for festival wristband holders. Now in its sixteenth year, the world’s biggest cocktail festival continues to celebrate the imagination, craft and diversity that have cemented London’s place as a global drinks capital.
This year, founders Hannah Sharman-Cox and Siobhan Payne have spotlighted ten standout serves that capture the spirit of the festival; a showcase of London’s most exciting bars at their most creative. Think floral highballs, bold margaritas, spritzes with a twist and martinis with plenty of bite.
Archive & Myth and Lyaness
At Archive & Myth, located the Hippodrome Casino, will be the Byzantium Gimlet, a sake-based concoction with flavours of black sesame and purple grape, served with a sidecar of Schweppes Tropical Soda and carbonated Japanese pione purple grape, whilst the Southbank’s Lyaness is showcasing the Ruby Spritz, a sparkling serve of Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, bitterless aperitif and sparkling rosé.
