February Guide: London’s Best Collabs This MonthBy Angelica Malin
From one-night-only chef link-ups to Lunar New Year feasts and cross-cultural flavour mash-ups, the capital’s restaurants are in collaboration mode. Whether it’s Thai meets Korean under historic ceilings, Indian regional cooking with serious pedigree, or pandan-laced puddings worth planning around, these are the five hottest supper clubs and chef collabs lighting up London this month.
