It’s no secret that airlines have enlisted the help of haute couture designers for generations.  It all started in the 60’s with the glamorous Emilo Pucci designing the Braniff Internationals futuristic uniforms.

No one can look as fresh as an air hostess after a 14-hour flight to Bangkok, and that is thanks to airlines partnering with household name designers to create stylish and instantly recognisable uniforms.

And it’s not just the high end taking part; recently there has been an influx in budget airlines also going designer.
