Levi Roots is a singer, reggae sauce creator and maker of some extremely delicious microwavable meals. He lives in Brixton and spends a large amount of his time dreaming up new recipes for his upcoming restaurant. Levi shares his London foodie guide, with his top  places to eat in the capital:

I loved the vibe at Urban Food Fest in Shoreditch where we’ve been ‘lab testing’ the dishes for my new RASTAurant! I will always love Brixton Market as an area to eat out though of course.

All types of fish and anything spicy.

have a few favourite takeaways but I don’t know have a favourite restaurant serving authentic Caribbean cuisine. That’s why I’m opening my own!

 Favourite cafe/restaurant for lunch?

Sergio’s on Great Titchfield St. It’s the perfect spot for lunch before meetings and interviews at BBC. I love that it’s family run and they’re always friendly and welcoming.

Best place to grab a coffee/tea?

 I go to the coffee shop at The Ritzy in Brixton a lot but I love the Spicy Masala Chai tea from the stall in Brixton Market.
