There’s a new collab in town – and it’s smokin’. Malt whisky masters Monkey Shoulder have teamed up with White Men Can’t Jerk, aka London’s hottest Caribbean fusion food, and Prince of Peckham, to create three proper delicious, proper saucy and all-new limited-edition menu items, available until July.

Known for their bold flavour combinations and feel good vibes, White Men Can’t Jerk has concocted two smokin’ whisky-infused dishes: The GOAT; Smoked ex-dairy goat sustainability sourced from Cabrito goat in a bun with scotch bonnet pickled courgettes, and The STRIPS; Buttermilk fried chicken strips topped with Smokey Monkey pickleback mayo, crispy onions and dill. Both of which are doused in a mouth-watering sticky Smokey Monkey and tamarind BBQ sauce for that extra smoky punch.

Created by infusing Smokey Monkey with White Men Can’t Jerk’s OG barbeque sauce, the marinade harmonises the unique flavours of peated Scotch whisky with the vibrant tastes of Caribbean-inspired cuisine.

To go alongside these, the Smokey Melon cocktail – created exclusively for Prince of Peckham – combines Smokey Monkey with flavours of watermelon, chilli and lime for an injection of freshness to cut through and enhance the rich barbeque sauce. Shaken, not stirred, the cocktail brings a sweet-and-spicy kick that showcases the versatility of Smokey Monkey. The Smokey Melon is served over ice and topped with soda water to help the flavours shine through.
