Hoppers Adventures of Arrack Dinners: Why Arrack
Arrack is one of the oldest distilled spirits in the world, made from the sap or ‘toddy’ of the coconut tree. Still harvested by hand by ‘toddy tappers’ who climb the trees to collect the sap, Arrack is a 100% natural spirit, with nothing else added during the distillation and refinement process with a complex, versatile flavour profile – it makes for the perfect base for punches and cocktails and the Hoppers ‘Adventures of Arrack’ dinners will be showcasing the huge variety of drinks it can be used in.
The dinners are happening at 6.30pm on August 18th, September 8th & 29th, priced at £70 per person. Book here.
