Yard Sale Pizza x Top Cuvée: The Lowdown
From 6th May until 25th May, Yard Sale Pizza and Top Cuvée will be occupying the basement bar at Yard Sale’s Hackney Road restaurant, open from Thursday – Saturday. Expect award-winning pizzas from pizza connoisseurs Yard Sale Pizza paired with highly drinkable tipples from the nation’s favourite natural wine experts Top Cuvée.
Yard Sale Pizza x Top Cuvée: Eat and Drink
Taking care of all things pizza, Yard Sale Pizza will be serving their standard fare of 12” and 18” pizzas, including their top-notch Holy Pepperoni (think slow-cooked tomato sauce, topped with Fior di Latte Mozzarella, regular pepperoni, smoky Gyula pepperoni and spicy nduja sausage) or the veggie house favourite TSB topped with tender stem broccoli, pine nuts, garlic oil and parmesan. Whatever you do, don’t miss the Cheese and Marmite Garlic Bread. It’s a taste sensation.
For the perfect pairing, Top Cuvée will be overseeing the bar, offering a curated drinks list showcasing a selection of natural wines, along with cocktails and beers. Get the party started with Top Cuvée’s House Wine on tap, alongside a concise list of juicy Natural Wines. Expect fresh whites with lots of acidity or light options with Matassa Olla Blanc, Muscat Macbeu. If you’re a fan of Orange Wine, options include Francois Saint-Lo, Les Pouches Maceration, Chenin Blanc and sip on chillable reds to cut through that delicious, melted buffalo mozzarella with Cantina Giardino, Le Fole Aglianico.
