Patty & Bun’s Brunch Pop-Up: What

The pop-up is taking place at The Arch in London Fields. This buzzing new neighborhood destination is home to the central prep kitchen and development kitchen for all Patty & Bun London restaurants.  The airy 1,800 sq. ft. Arch is open plan with two thirds central kitchen space and a 40 cover sit down restaurant out the front.

Patty & Bun’s Brunch Pop-Up: The Food

Exciting developments include the new brunch menu and a new smoker for specials, custom made especially for the Arch by The Log Man, Mark Parr of the London Log Company. Some of the new specials are finished on a wood grill, which gives them a distinct flavour you can’t beat.  There’s a yard space out the back where they’ll be doing regular collaborations,wood fired BBQ sessions, exclusive chef nights and supper clubs.

The Arch is a brilliant platform for the team to experiment and expand their growing menu.
Expect smoked OX Cheek scrambled egg, Westcombe cheddar and pickled chilli and smoked chicken thighs, finished on the wood grill with ranch dressing. Don’t miss the smoked Duck Nuggets with pasilla ketchup too.
