We love a bit of and you can read it all about it here. This Thursday, Pho are opening the biggest baddest Pho restaurant in the heart of the city – at One New Change at St Paul’s. To celebrate they will be serving up free pho all day long. Here’s what you need to know:

Pho St Paul’s is their 12th restaurant – 10th in London – and the group is still run by Stephen and Juliette Wall who opened their very first little Pho on St John Street in 2005. The new restaurant will seat about 150 people and offer eat-in as well as takeaway.

In addition to pho, the menu features other authentic Vietnamese street foods (crispy spring rolls, fresh summer rolls, baby squid & salt, pepper, chilli lime dip, amazing salads, bun noodles, stir fries and curries) as well as Vietnamese beers and coffees, fresh juices and cocktails made with our premium Vietnamese spirits (Phojitos and Sriracha Bloody Mary’s – oh yes).
