Energiser Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 free range eggs
- Handful of sun blushed tomatoes
- Handful of mozzarella balls
- 1/4 avocado
- A bunch of basil
- 1 slice of brow toast
Method
In a non-stick pan, Scramble 2 free range eggs with a few sun blushed tomatoes and balls of mozzarella. Add the basil in half way through cooking, and once ready, scatter ¼ diced avocado on top. Serve with malted brown toast, with or without butter.
Superfood Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 free range eggs
- 3 slices of fresh chilli
- Handful of raw spinach
- 1/4 diced tomato
- A generous amount of feta
- A small portion of mixed seeds
Method
In a non-stick pan, Scramble 2 free range eggs with 3 sliced of fresh chilli, raw spinach and ¼ diced tomato. Once cooked, scatter feta and mixed seeds on the top. Serve with malted brown toast, with or without butter.
The Caribbean Blitz
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 an apple
- Half a cup of diced mango
- 3 strawberries
- 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice
Method
Chuck a banana, half an apple, half a cup of diced mango, 3 strawberries and some fresh orange juice in to a blitzer with half a cup of ice and whizz up until smooth. Need extra energy? Add a sprinkling of guarana before blitzing.
