Theo Randall uses the most premium white truffles from Umbria, which is the region at the heart of Italy’s truffle festivals. The restaurant’s trusted supplier truffle importer is Alfredo Romani, a specialist in Italian truffles and delicacies, and has been supplying white and black truffles to Theo Randall for years.
The decadent dishes on the truffle menu include Carne Cruda which is a Tartare of beef fillet with rocket salad, Parmigiano Reggiano and white truffles from Umbria, to Taglierini con burro – Fresh taglierini pasta with butter and Umbrian white truffles. This special limited-edition menu has been created to pair exquisitely with white truffles unique aroma and flavour and with truffle season coming up, there is no better time for truffle lovers to indulge.

What: Radio Alice, the Bologna-born pizzeria are giving pizza-lovers the chance to win a lifetime supply of their organic pizzas throughout this festive season, proving that pizza is for life, not just for Christmas!
The Lowdown: Radio Alice will also be serving their festive set menus, including grissini and a fonduta of nutty taleggio and gorgonzola, followed by a Christmas Pizza, made with organic flour and risen for 24 hours, topped with Brussel sprouts, pancetta, taleggio, creamy fiordilatte mozzarella, red wine reduction and orange zest.
