The Lowdown: Nuno Mendes’ Lisboeta, housed within a three-storey townhouse on Charlotte Street, is a love letter to Nuno’s home city carefully designed to evoke the rhythm of life in Lisbon. Savour a fresh taste of Lisbon with Cured Amberjack with orange and onion.

2. Carousel Wine Bar
The Lowdown: Spread across three adjacent Georgian Townhouses and accommodating Fitzrovia’s humming neighbourhood wine bar is Carousel. Serving seasonal snacks and small plates, devour a seafood plate that packs a big punch with Mullet crudo, chilli de arbol oil and dill from Chef Ollie Templeton.

3. Ampéli
The Lowdown: Grecian restaurant Ampéli repositions what we think we know about Greek food and their Prawn saganaki with smoked tomato sauce, deep-fried feta mousse and warm sourdough does just that. The restaurant is split over three levels, ground floor and mezzanine as well as a beautiful summer terrace where you can enjoy dinner and wine alongside seasonal cocktails.

The Lowdown: French-Mediterranean contemporary style restaurant by Chef Jun Tanaka, The Ninth offer Fitzrovia classic simple flavours with Huelva White Prawns and Lemon. The Lowdown: Norma takes inspiration from the grand café culture found in Sicily. Set across three floors in a characterful townhouse on Charlotte Street, with a charming terrace at the front to while away to summer evenings. Giovann Atard’s dish of Scallop crudo, pickled fennel, garden peas, salsa verde and borage flowers is just as sun-kissed as we’d expect for spending summer at Norma.
