And last but not least, it allows people to work out from the comfort of their own home, which is perfect for people who get easily self-conscious or anxious.
However, this change does also have a few drawbacks. People may incorrectly perform exercises or not see the results they would like from working out, out of lack of knowledge, and they also have no social pressure in order to show up to the gym, which makes skipping workouts a lot easier.
