The Class: RIG is a 50-minute resistance based session at Sweat It London, a boutique dual concept in Aldwych that combines bodyweight exercises with equipment such as landmines, Olympic bars and resistance bands on Sweat It’s custom functional rig. The Class: Join their global movement for a day of practice, fitness and spontaneous dance parties – think of it as a dj-powered field day for your mind and body. Start the day with a 5K your way, then hop on your mat for a 90 minute DJ-powered yoga flow class led Katarina Rayburn. Complete the mindful triathlon with 30 minutes of soul-reviving meditation led by world-renowned spiritual leader Light Watkins.

The Run-Down: SMASH London was founded by PT’s Sam and Ash working out of Fitness First in London Islington.

The Class: Sam & Ash founded SMASH with the aim of helping individuals train both physically and mentally. They offer 90 minute workouts for the body and the mind. This entails of a 45 minute fitness class followed by a 10 minute meditation and then 30 minute workshop discussing various topics such as mindfulness.
