Life’s too short for bad brunch. Here’s 5 ways to eat brunch in London this weekend:

1. For a New Bottomless Brunch: COYA Mayfair

What: COYA Mayfair is launching a brand new Latin-American weekend bottomless brunch menu including their new signature brunch cocktail the ‘Pisco Mary’. Available from Saturday (1st April), COYA Mayfair showcases the best of Peruvian cuisine using modern European cooking techniques.

Eat and Drink: Highlights from the brunch menu includes Corvina Trufa, Corvina ceviche with truffle and Arroz Nikkei, a Chilean sea bass casuela created by Executive Chef, Sanjay Dwivedi. To accompany the new brunch menu, enjoy the options of unlimited champagne, the firm COYA favourite the Pisco Sour, or for something a bit more adventurous their new Pisco Mary, a well-loved classic given a Latin twist. To keep the party popping, there will be a live DJ on Saturday from 1pm-5pm spinning club bangers.

2. For a New Brunch: Gaucho

What: Gaucho is making sure your weekend starts with a boozy bang thanks to the arrival of their new electro brunch. The new brunch is far from your average coffee and pain au raisin – think bottomless drinks, unlimited small plates and a DJ, all set inside the glamour of a Gaucho.

Eat and Drink: Of course, Gaucho’s famous Argentine steak is on the menu, but their brunch goes beyond their meat offering. With real Argentine flair inspiring each dish, the menu includes homemade Dulce de Leche mixed with peanut butter spread across French toast; fried Provoleta cheese with a caramelised onion chutney; and oven baked chorizo sausage with plum tomato, eggs and mushroom to name but a few.  Enjoy all of the above as many times as you like. That’s right: bottomless food for two hours. Drinks on offer include Aperol Spritz, Domain Chandon, Rubia Pilsner Lager or a Gaucho

3. For a New Brunch Club: Cocktail Trading Company

What: The highly creative team behind The Cocktail Trading Company felt left out of the brunch scene. To fix this problem, they’ve rolled out a brand new weekend brunch club, Come Down With Me’, where sore-headed, dry-mouthed party animals can retreat and rejuvenate over a tasty menu of food, fizz and fun.

Eat and Drink: A far cry from the standard poached egg and avocado breakfast offering, this monthly brunch club invites cocktail lovers and foodie fanatics to indulge in everything from CTC breakfast MacMuffins and hash browns, to fresh pastries, all washed down with bubbles and a menu of ‘Morning Glories’ cocktails. Whether it’s to nurse a hangover, or to pave the way for a weekend of partying, CTC Brick Lane offers the perfect spot for brunching with friends, all to the backdrop of a soul-soothing live swing music.

4. For a Classic Brunch: Vinoteca

What: Vinoteca isn’t just a place to enjoy a full-bodied red over small plates. The King’s Cross branch were tired of never being invited to the avocado party – so they decided to bring the avocado party to them. What we’re trying to say is the restaurant have just announced they’re now serving breakfast and leisurely weekend brunches.

Eat and Drink: Vinoteca’s brunch menu features all the classics. Tuck into avocado, barrel-aged feta and chilli oil on sourdough toast; granola with yoghurt and homemade jam; and chorizo hash served alongsided caramelised onions and a fried duck egg. The freshly baked waffles can either be topped with bacon and maple syrup or apple, prune jam, and creme fraiche, and the chickpeas with spinach, feta and Piquillo peppers is a damn good veggie brunch option.
